Ofek is a MA student studying clinical neuropsychology in the Department of Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She received her BA in psychology and musicology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Her thesis will focus on the influence of heredity on the recognition of facial expressions.
